Daily Glean: Bagels & Dairy

I had a very productive glean a couple days ago: it's been quite cold this week (consistently below 40), so I felt comfortable rescuing some sealed cottage cheese and cream cheese, along with 2 dozen eggs (each with 2 broken eggs, for a total of 20 usable eggs), and nearly a whole case of bagels. I would've taken the entire case, but I ran out of room in my bags.
And then I found the milk boxes! These are out of date, but UHT (Ultra High Temperature) pasteurized, shelf-stable milk, so the "best by" date really doesn't apply. This is like the twinky of milk, so sterilized and preserved it should hold until the apocalypse. Both chocolate (yay!) and low-fat (ew. But good for cooking with, at least).

Most of the bagels went into the freezer to hold for future use. Some of the eggs have already been hard-boiled for snacks, and some of the cream cheese has already been applied to the bagels.

Estimated market value:
2 doz. Eggs: $2
8oz Cream Cheese: $1.50
12oz Cottage Cheese: $2
Bagels, 6-pack, 5cs: $10
Milk boxes, organic, 10ea: $12
