Clear Flour bakery Italian mini loaf, Gorgonzola dolce, blueberry blossom honey, fresh sage. The sage goes excellently with the cheese and honey, but the thyme shoot is just for looks (thyme just didn't go- clashed horribly with the blueness of the cheese)
